PRS for Music Foundation marked ten years of the International Showcase Fund this evening in the Attlee Suite at Portcullis House in Westminster. Hosted by Ed Vaizey MP, Minister of State for Culture and Digital Economy, the event consisted of speeches by Executive Director Vanessa Reed, Estelle Morris (Baroness Morris of Yardley) and Ed himself who introduced the act for the evening, the fine singer/musician Jake Isaac. Good to catch up with Jonathan Morrish, Crispin Hunt, Keith Harris and Crispin Parry, as well as to meet rising folk artist Lucy Ward. All in the company of my colleagues John Smith, Dave Webster and Kelly Wood. The Fund is supported by UKTI, Arts Council England, British Underground and the MU.
